After his graduation from the Indian Institute of Technology, he engaged himself in an etensive research for over a period of 10 years on the medicinal and nutritional values of the Ganoderma lucidum, also known as Reishi mushroom.
Realising the importance and benefits of Lingzhi, Dr. Lim began sharing his knowledge about this miraculous herb with his friends, and they too were greatly impressed with its beneficial medicinal value. However, Dr. Lim did not stop there.
In 1993, Dr. Lim's dream came true when he established DXN.

(iii) Albert Schweitzer Award By the Positive Life Foundation In appreciation of his exemplary humanism, untiring peace activities and for his profound compassion in the spirit of the late Albert Schweitzer, a 1953 Nobel Peace Prize recipient.
(iv) Physician of the New Millennium Award By the Alternative Medicines Research Institute ( Canada ) Dr. Lim has earned distinction for significant contributions to the Health and Well Being of Humanity.
